Registered NDIS Provider: 4-433C-3525
Supplier Categories:
0112 Assistive Equipment for Recreation
0103 Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety
As the NDIS scheme may be difficult to navigate through, our team is here to support you in this process. We prepared an overview of the necessary aspects of purchasing under the NDIS scheme.
UNDERSTAND YOUR CATEGORY
We are registered under both the Assistive Equipment for Recreation Category and the Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety category, therefore if your NDIS plan states one of these categories, we will be more than happy to assist you in the purchase process. Please note that we do not provide professional advice regarding the suitability of products for specific Participants’ needs, as this should be determined by health professionals
NDIS FUNDING OPTIONS and PURCHASE PROCESS
If you wish to place an order for yourself or on behalf of a participant using NDIS funding the 1st step is to choose the items you wish to order from the website and add them to the shopping cart.
There are 3 ways we can process your NDIS order depending on how your funds are managed.
Self-managed – you can proceed with your order on our website, pay for it and submit your claim to NDIA yourself. The whole process is managed by you and you do not need to submit the service agreement form to us. All Peppertown paid order confirmations include our company details, ABN and NDIS provider information needed to submit a claim to NDIS for reimbursement.
Plan-managed – Browse the website and choose the items that you wish to purchase. Proceed to the checkout and enter all your details regarding name and delivery address etc. At the payment stage you should choose the “Direct bank transfer” option and place the order. This allows you to complete the order transaction without payment. Once the order is complete you will receive an order notification which confirms your order. At this point you need to email the below details to sales@peppertown.com.au:
Participant name
Participant number
Participant Date of Birth
Plan Manager name and email contact details
Please reference the order number in your correspondence.
Once we have all the details we will submit an invoice to the Plan Manager for payment. Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment by the Plan Manager. Should the Plan Manager advise you of any issues with payment please let us know at your earliest convenience.
(NDIA) Agency-managed – Unfortunately, we do not process invoices for NDIA-managed plans at this time.
