How much sand do I need?
The traditional timber Single Layer Sandpit Kit by Peppertown will need between twelve to fifteen 20kg bags of sand to fill. See the related products for our Premium Play Sand. Please do not use builder’s or construction sand in your sandpit – it’s rough on little fingers. Alternatively, if you want to buy bulk sand from a local landscaper – look to purchases Stradbroke Island sand (roughly a Wheelie bin full).
